At Electroloq, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely pleased with your order, we offer a 30-day returns and refund policy to provide you peace of mind. To facilitate a smooth and straightforward return process, please review the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • All original tags and labels should be intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, kindly contact us at support@Electroloq.com. Our dedicated support team will respond to your request within 24 hours. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label via email for you to download and print. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return label fee. In addition, we will furnish you with instructions on where and how to send your package within 3 working days. Please be aware that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted. For defective products This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way electroloq is responsible to pay the label

3. Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to cover handling and restocking costs for eligible returns.

4. Stock Level Consideration: As stock levels may change, we encourage you to email us before initiating a return. This allows us to handle your case comprehensively and ensures a satisfactory outcome.

5. Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@Electroloq.com. This enables us to assess the issue and make it right. We recommend taking photos of any damage for your records.

6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

7. Refunds: We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you if the refund is approved or not. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of the returned items.

Refund Processing Time: The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund may vary, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days, and is subject to your bank or credit card company's processing times.

Cancellation Policy: You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the cancellation is successful and your order has not been shipped, we will process the refund immediately. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 24 hours. Please note that it may take a few days for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If you attempt to cancel after the 24-hour window, and your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return.
